It took me less than five minutes to install this device and get it working. The flame is incredibly realistic, and the fit and quality are excellent. For a space that is under 500 square feet, the heat output is suitable. The remote is the only thing that isn't up to par; it has a poor range and is very inconsistent, and my on/off button sticks pretty badly so is annoying at times because, if it's in range, it turns the unit on and off. To use the remote, you must be directly in front of the device. Other than that, it is a powerful device that serves the purpose I was looking for, so I rated it four stars.

Nice fireplace
The unit is very easy to install. Just simply connect it. With its Thruview technology, the fire and lighting effects look pretty amazing. The range of the remote is somewhat limited. It won't function if you are farther than a few feet away. I haven’t used the heat much yet but it does warm up the space.

Close to the real thing as possible
We received this fireplace roughly around 7 days. For the price, this fireplace looks realistic. I wanted something that had the ability to heat up and had the most realistic appearance possible. And my expectations were met.
