This stretching machine is the best! It's a bit pricey but I do not regret having this at home. It actually stretches better than yoga. I highly recommend it for those undergoing therapy for injuries, or those experiencing problems with their lower back.

Ordered Ilve parts from the website. Explicitly stated free shipping and after received a message from customer service refusing to accept the order without paying an additional charge for freight.
I cannot comment on Thor product as company never delivered to me in the manner expected. I order over 8k worth of Thor appliances which have a great reputation. However I will never use Primefair again. Customer service was nice via text but when I had an issue with deliver no one took ownership and I am being told they are not responsible for the driver nor delivery. I never had the opportunity to receive w my items and I never received a refund yet which I am still disputing. Just use a local Thor distributor which is now what I did.
