Freight Shipments ship via Freight Curbside delivery. In other words, the shipping
carrier will drop off your item on your property not inside your home. The shipping courier will call
ahead of time and schedule a drop off date with you. In some cases, white glove delivery is available.

We have a THOR oven that we now need to return .. physically ourselves.. unhook the gas load in a truck we need to rent ...pay a restocking fee.... After 4 months and more then 6 SEARS repair appointments . SEARS cancelled.. last minute 3 times ..lost work.. horrible experience with THOR.
