carrier will drop off your item on your property not inside your home. The shipping courier will call

We have a THOR oven that we now need to return .. physically ourselves.. unhook the gas load in a truck we need to rent ...pay a restocking fee.... After 4 months and more then 6 SEARS repair appointments . SEARS cancelled.. last minute 3 times ..lost work.. horrible experience with THOR.
