The Peerless CW100PESC gas deck pizza deck oven also has unique features that distinguish it from the competition. Our space-saving designs include a 5-cell “Power-Pak” burner system for improved heat distribution and baking performance.
The CW100PESC is a single deck oven with a big 52”x 36”x 9” compartment 1-12” pizza stone that can cook twenty 9” pizzas, twelve 12” pizzas, or six 16” (43.2cm) pizzas, as well as digital temperature control. If you're short on room, you'll appreciate our space-saving design, which saves over 12" of important kitchen space over competing models.
