The chandelier is handcrafted in our 180,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Yorkville, New York. Custom designs, styles, sizes and dimmable energy efficient lamping such as LEDs are available. We have a THOR oven that we now need to return .. physically ourselves.. unhook the gas load in a truck we need to rent ...pay a restocking fee.... After 4 months and more then 6 SEARS repair appointments . SEARS cancelled.. last minute 3 times ..lost work.. horrible experience with THOR.
