adore this Forno range

I invested in a gas stove for our house. I purchased a second one for our vacation home since I loved cooking on it so much. I had to buy two of these Forno ranges for my vacation house because I adore them so much.

commercial style

We purchased this stove due to its dual fuel capabilities, commercial design, and LP conversion capability. One of the nozzles couldn't be switched since it was inserted too tightly during conversion. When we called Forno, they called us back the same day. Within two days of receiving some simple documentation, Forno shipped us a replacement part. They then arranged for a nearby repair provider to put in the new component. We adore the stove and cannot speak highly enough about Forno's first-rate customer support. They firmly support their products.

Love the color

I was looking for a range for my kitchen that matched the color I prefer. Finally! In this shop, I discovered one! This Forno stove with the blue door oven is ideal! Although the delivery took some time, their customer service gave me periodic updates on my order. Recommended!

After making three unsuccessful attempts to buy this stove from a local dealer (all three stoves were delivered broken), I made my purchase through PrimeFair. The stove arrived swiftly and undamaged. When one of the ignitor plugs failed, Forno summoned a local service professional to install the part and send the replacement without charging extra. THOR oven is horrible product

We have a THOR oven that we now need to return .. physically ourselves.. unhook the gas load in a truck we need to rent ...pay a restocking fee.... After 4 months and more then 6 SEARS repair appointments . SEARS cancelled.. last minute 3 times ..lost work.. horrible experience with THOR.
