Custom crafted in our 180,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Yorkville, NY. UL and cUL listed for dry and damp locations however we do not recommend installing it in spaces that experience a large amount of moisture due to the fabric shades.
Freight Shipments ship via Freight Curbside delivery. In other words, the shipping carrier will drop off your item on your property not inside your home. We have a THOR oven that we now need to return .. physically ourselves.. unhook the gas load in a truck we need to rent ...pay a restocking fee.... After 4 months and more then 6 SEARS repair appointments . SEARS cancelled.. last minute 3 times ..lost work.. horrible experience with THOR.
