Touch control panel can be wall mounted within ten feet of the fireplace. The 3 stacked icons (in order) operate the power, heat (on/off) and light intensity. Hold the light intensity for five seconds to change the flame color from orange to blue. All touch controls fade to black after 4 seconds.
Freight Shipments ship via Freight Curbside delivery. In other words, the shipping carrier will drop off your item on your property not inside your home. We have a THOR oven that we now need to return .. physically ourselves.. unhook the gas load in a truck we need to rent ...pay a restocking fee.... After 4 months and more then 6 SEARS repair appointments . SEARS cancelled.. last minute 3 times ..lost work.. horrible experience with THOR.
